Customers may withdraw funds from their ACY account at any time. Funds can be withdrawn up to the value of the balance of your ACY account. Whenever you request a withdrawal, there must be no open trades in your account. Funds are withdrawn using the same method, same currency, and to the same account as previously used to deposit.
- Credit/debit card - Withdrawal will be processed as refund back to the same credit/debit card
- Fasapay/Duko Wallet - Withdrawal will be processed to the same Fasapay/Duko Wallet account that used for the deposit
- Bank Transfer (incl. Internet Banking Transfer) - Funds will be transferred back to the same bank account that used for the deposit
Before you can put through the withdrawal request for bank transfer, you will need to upload your bank statement for approval. Once your bank details has been approved, you will be able to select the approved account for bank transfer.
